Beyond the Technical—We enjoyed speaking at the ISACA Annual Meeting for the National Capital Area!  Check out the latest blog post to read about what we discussed: five leadership strategies for connecting with people.

Interactive Course on Writing Federal Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs)—Using a teaming approach, we initially focus on a collective group of potential senior executive candidates to better understand the meaning of ECQs, expressed through 28 core and fundamental competencies, and methods used to write their qualifications. The course is unique in its interactive nature, as well as in its approach that combines team teaching with individual coaching sessions.
