Our coaching approach, which is based on International Coach Federation competencies, is a personal and tailored approach to personal and professional development—meeting clients where they are in their leadership journey. Along with coaching techniques, we apply experiential knowledge to facilitate a dynamic and interactive dialog between coach and client. Depending on the client’s needs, we use an individual or team coaching approach or a combination of both. Our coaching approach works well with individuals as well as groups. In some cases, initial coaching takes place in a group setting, but then segues into individual coaching sessions to meet unique needs.
